All items ending in $.99, from Last Call, or with Final-Sale in the product SKU is FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Please note that all items purchased on sale will only be eligible for an exchange or gift card. All embroideries are Final Sale and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
We currently do not accept returns/exchanges from Canada and Australia due to the increase cost of international shipping. As a small business, we will learn to get cheaper rates for you in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return. Once your return request has been accepted, you have another 14 days to ship the items back to us. If 14 days pass and you still have not shipped the items to return then we will void your shipping label.
Returns have a $7.99 flat rate for each return label. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. Please pack your return in it's original clear ziplock bag, then the items can be put into any polymailer/mailing envelope. If you do not return it in its clear ziplock bag, an additional $1 will be deducted for each item not in its bag. If you decide to do two separate returns then you will be charged for two labels. The flat rate is to help us partially cover costs for shipping as prices have gone up since COVID. Thank you for understanding!
There will be a 10% restocking fee to return orders containing 8 or more items. This is to cover the time and money that was spent to fulfill a big order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please make sure that your scrubs are free of pet hair, human hair, deodorant stains, and any stains in general please. The scrubs were sent to you in great condition so please do not return them in poor condition. Sale items are not eligible for refund/exchanges.
To start a return, you can contact us at helloscopescrubs@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship out your requested items and provide a new tracking link. Please note that exchanges are based on available inventory. If your requested item is not available, we will issue a refund to gift card for you. We currently do not accept exchanges from Australia, Hawaii, Canada, and U.S. Territories due to the increase in shipping costs to these destinations.
Please note that only one free exchange is allowed. Once your items are exchanged and you'd like to request another exchange or return, you will have to cover the full shipping cost which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Initial shipping costs will not be included in the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES.
Gift Cards
Gift card purchases are non-refundable once the order has been fulfilled and you've received the confirmation or the recipient has received confirmation via email. All orders placed with a gift card will only be eligible for store credit and can not be returned for cash.
