Shipping policy

SCOPE is a small business but I will always try my best to provide you with quick shipping times. Please allow us 1-2 business days for handling (packaging). If your order contains embroidery, please allow an additional 10-14 business days to customize your items.

Shipping should take 1-3 business days for West Coast and 5-7 business days for East Coast. Please note that Priority Shipping is 1-3 business days but does not include handling time and non-business days (Saturday & Sunday). If you choose priority shipping on a Friday evening, transit time will update on Monday.  

If for some reason, your package is delayed, please send us an email at helloscopescrubs@gmail.com with your order # and we will try our best to help you with any issues. 

SCOPE is not responsible for lost packages. Once an order has left SCOPE, it will become the delivery carrier's responsibility. Please contact your carrier to initiate a claims report to either locate or reimburse for your lost/stolen package.

Please double check your spam folder for order confirmations and updates if you do not receive it in your inbox. Please also confirm that our email is in your address book to prevent it from going to spam in the future!
